StrataGist is a productivity app for planning, journaling, and task management. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and access
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to StrataGist. You grant StrataGist the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Third-party services
StrataGist may integrate third-party services (for example, authentication and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
6. AI features
If you use AI features, you are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing any AI output before acting on it. AI output may be incorrect or incomplete.
7. Intellectual property
StrataGist and its associated software, design, and branding are owned by StrataGist and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATAGIST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes.
